Burnout Car Entry $50.00 Per Car

Burnout Comp Prize Money: $15,000.00
$1,000 to Showcars, $500 to Bikini comp, $500 to Wet T shirt. $1,000 to each of the 5 burnout comp classes (eg: 4cyl, 6cyl, V8, Rota, woman's). 1st $500, 2nd $300, 3rd $200, = $7,000. leaves $8,000 for our 2012 Kaipara Car Show Burnout King

Registration forms are available from the first aid tent please complete the forms in full so we can contact winners for their awards if necessary, contestants will receive a copy of the rules and how the comp is judged and a coloured wrist band that entitles you to a free spit lunch. Make sure your number is clearly visible on the front right hand side of your windscreen

Burnouts start at 8am until 8pm Saturday 4th February 2012.
First drivers briefing 8am, second one at 11am, finalists briefing will be anounced once the finalists have been chosen.Your first burnout will be in random order (first in best dressed) and your second burnout will be in your appropriate class eg: 4cyl, 6cyl, V8, Rota, woman's (make sure your number is clearly visible on the front right hand side of your windscreen) The top three out of each class will be in the money. Five wild cards will also be picked by judges and sponsors to progress to the major top 20 final which maybe held on the Sunday morning if numbers are up so be prepared to stay the night to get the most out of our event.

Show Cars:
Registration is free. There will be free carwash girls to help wash cars as the access road may be dusty. All winning cars will be picked by the sponsors, crowd and judges. Voting slips are available for all categories from the first aid tent and must be lodged back to the first aid tent before 12pm on the day. Be early to make sure your car is seen before voting slips are submitted and counted.

Swappers welcome

12pm Lunch
2 Sheep on the spit free to all show car/burn out car owners, sponsors, staff and VIP's followed by children.

The other comps and activities will take place during the coarse of the afternoon eg Freestyle Motocross, Beer Bungy, Wet T-Shirt, Bikini ect..

Morning After
BBQ Breakfast round 7am - 8am and if necessary the top 20 burnout finals will start at 8am Sunday 5th Feb 2012 should it be required. After the burnouts we'll be off to Kai Iwi Lakes for the Annual "Sue Ker Car Cruise" for Breast Cancer.
Gold Coin Donation and meeting in Woolworth's Car Park at 11am

Those Without Camping Coloured Wrist Bands Will Be Required To Leave The Premises At 10pm Saturday Evening.
Bring Along A Sober Driver Or Catch The Bus Sponsored By Ad Focus.

Friday night will only be open to show cars, burnout cars/owners, trade and entertainment stands for setup. No friends of or general public allowed, unless by prior arrangement by management avoid the embarrassment of being turned away and the cost of accommodation else where! Lights Out 10.30pm!
